I grew up in the Tri-Cities area and graduated from Simon Fraser University with a degree in Business in 1983.  I have had a successful career in sales since 1984, and I began my real estate career in 1991. I am a proven negotiator and have been honored by the Real Estate Board of Vancouver (2011) with the Medallion LIfetime Achievement award for placing within the top 10% of REBGV members  for 30 consecutive years.  But within my business accomplishments I am most proud of my hundreds of satisfied clients.

 

I am a family man and a proud community contributor.  I have been involved in the "24 Hour Relay", "KidSport", and have done some volunteering as well as being involved in coaching wrestling and football over the years.

 

I hold my real estate license at Re/Max Sabre Realty, the #1 selling real estate office in the Tri-Cities.  Locally, the average Re/Max agent is selling almost three times the amount of an average agent outside of Re/Max.  I am well above the average in the number of homes I list and sell, thanks to the marketing plan that I have developed over the years.

 

My background also includes amateur wrestling in which I was lucky enough to travel nationally and internationally for years while competing.  I  was very proud to represent Canada at the 1988 Seoul Olympic Games. I gained a much broader perspective of multiculturalism and real esate as a result of my travels.
